TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CRM SSN SUNPRIDE USAGE

Thank you for your trust in using CRM SSN Sunpride. By accessing or using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for complaint management provided by PT Sarana Digital Bangsa ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other related documentation that we may implement from time to time.

We may review and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you are obliged to check these Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of the latest conditions regarding the use of CRM SSN Sunpride. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the service or any part thereof without our explicit written consent.

6.3. You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you upload or create within the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process such data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1. Certain features or services may require payment or subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all associated fees as specified in your subscription plan or quotation.

7.2. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy or required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. CRM SSN Sunpride is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9.3. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Sarana Digital Bangsa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any data or content you submit, post, or transmit through the service

11. Termination

11.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account closure process available in the service.

11.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

11.3. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet failures, or other force majeure events.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

14. Severability

14.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

15.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT Sarana Digital Bangsa regarding your use of CRM SSN Sunpride.
